What is Past life regression?
It is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover memories of past lives or incarnations, though others regard them as fantasies or delusions. Past life regression is typically undertaken either in pursuit of a spiritual experience, or in a psychotherapeutic setting.
The technique used during past life regression involves the subject answering a series of questions while hypnotized to reveal identity and events of the past lives. Experiments with subjects undergoing past life regression indicate that a belief in reincarnation and suggestions by the hypnotist are the two most important factors regarding the contents of memories reported.

Mr Behl is a classic case to understand Karma. It brings up beautifully the adage,’ As you sow , so shall you reap.’ In the group regression he saw himself in Haridwar as a Hakim- a local herbal doctor who by mistake prescribes a wrong medication causing death of a 12 year old child. This leaves his parents mourning for life. Mr Behl saw that the child was his son who in this life had passed away 30 years ago and he had been grieving just like the parents of the 12 year old child. His past life karma had caught up with him. The message he also got was that the soul would never again come to him hence forth in any lifetime. Mr Behl cried and this cathartic experience got him deep understanding and relief. For the first time in many years he flew abroad to tour America.

I had a wonderful experience in the PLR workshop conducted by Dr. Trupti Jayin. All the regression sessions were very good. I had been suffering from chronic pain in my left knee for the past 4.5 years. I had to undergo physiotherapy every now and then. The exact cause of the pain and swelling could not be ascertained even after several tests and X-rays. During the workshop in one of the regression sessions, I focused why did I have this pain and got the answer too. Surprising, the pain has not reoccurred since then. The swelling also went away and I have an absolutely pain free knee now. I am not on any medication, no physiotherapy.

What we focus on becomes our reality. As we focus on pain .. Pain increases for attention flows to it. During the session Manasi focussed on healing the pain with her inner intention. She must have opened the right amount of the window of consciousness to allow the imagery to penetrate deeper. Manasi is a very trusting person and this worked in her favor. So attention with intention is the healing potion. Generally people who use visual imagery do better at healing than those using other modalities.
